| MINIMUM charge for all Court Reporting orders is $199.99.
REQUESTS for Certified Court Reporters must be received by 3:00 P.M. the business day preceding the date of service.
CANCELLATION - Confirmed requests for service that are not canceled by 4:00 P.M. the business day preceding the requested service will be charged the minimum fee of $199.99.
DELIVERY of deposition will be made 15 business days after statement taken.
EXPEDITE FEES - Next business day equal to Base Page Rate plus 100%. 2nd business day equal to Base Page Rate plus 95%. 3rd business day equal to Base Page Rate plus 90% and so on.... 15th business day equal to Base Page Rate only.
EXHIBIT COPYING. The first 50 pages of black and white exhibits are copied free of charge. Each page over 50 is charged at $.50 per page. Color copies at charged at $1.60 per page.
ASC II Disc's are provided free of charge when the deposition exceeds 100 pages in length.
MAILING AND SHIPPING are no charge.
WAIT TIME CHARGE of $40 per half hour when deposition begins late.
AFTER HOURS OR WEEKEND deposition fee an additional $50.
OFFICE SPACE not available for taking of depositions.
